Hello to all you writers! I hope 2014 is treating you well and you've been productive, even if that just means lots of brainstorming and reading.
At the close of last year, an arduous task that took many months, I edited the first novel I'd ever written. What a time consuming endeavor, as it meant rewriting every sentence. The logic of the piece was pretty in tact, but the writing needed a lot of help. I was able to finally finish in March, working eight hours a day. Aside from having as clean a novel as I can muster, the tough editing process was a great learning tool. Now I exist in that murky land of 'between writing projects'. Here I am no good to anyone, and long desperately to begin something new. Trouble is the new project I have in mind is requiring a lot of reading, from the Bible to Goth culture--please wish me luck--it is what I am wishing you!
